5 reasons to skip your workout & still be okay

I’m always down for a good milkshake, but not into the calories and sugar. Protein Milkshake is the way to go when you aren’t feeling like working out.

  1. Protein Milkshake.  It is all about weight loss, and it’s a very healthy supplement. It contains whey powder and tastes delicious. It also increases your metabolism, increases lean muscle mass and creates natural energy. It makes you feel full as well and curbs your apetite so you don’t have to snack all day long. (Thank you!) Have one in the morning, noon and night! Just add water, milk, soy milk, coconut water, etc. You can also add it to yogurt or a smoothie!

  5. Read a book and workout your mind. I read at least two books a week & it’s one of my favorite activities to do. **In all honesty I am starting to workout more than I have been and feels good. Luckily though, Protein Milkshake has my back on the days I don’t get it in.

  4. Couldnt agree more, especially on #3 and #4. You dont have to be a hardcore fit junkie. Doing simple things and activities can be a workout. And of course, a healthy meal is as important as being active.
