Dress//Urban Outfitters; Denim Jacket//similar; Boots//similar

I love Urban Outfitters so much right now. I literally walk in four times a week and now I’m recognized. Whoops. But they really are hitting my exact style right on the head, and I love finding good pieces there that already fit into others in my closet.

This sweatshirt dress is under $60, and super comfy. I love it with a jacket and even sneakers too. On a cold day, add a long sleeve mesh tee under too!

Also, yeah I’ve been so MIA lately. I’ll be back on track soon enough!

Megan

You can’t go wrong

This dress is so comfortable and under $30. Could it get any better?! Nope. You can’t go wrong with a simple dress and some Converse. Really, you could wear any shoe with this: espadrilles, sandals, wedges, etc. I chose Converse for a casual look. I added a denim vest for my third piece (because I can’t go without a third piece of course) and my Givenchy bag.

I also really like the back of this dress. I wore a swimsuit top as a bralette underneath and didn’t notice that the straps were visible until after. However, I think it worked. Swimsuit tops make great bralettes and work super well under clothing. Bralettes are my favorite and I just purchased this one today. Only $20, really comfortable and surprisingly supportive for a bustier gal. I highly recommend it.

My hair was supposed to be pin straight (it was, I swear) but Mother Nature struck again. Literally 3 seconds after the last picture was taken, there was a torrential downpour. 20 minutes after that, sunshine and no rain. May has some wacked out weather. I can’t wait for it to be sunny full-time so I can work on these pale legs of mine.

Have a great week!

Megan

My Summer style trick

When I saw this dress in H&M I snatched it up immediately. I then realized it was a coverup, but I knew I had to change that. Today, I am showing you how to wear a coverup as an actual dress. The easiest way: wear a light slip underneath, add some jewelry and nice shoes. BAM, you’re done. This dress is super comfortable and looks just as great over a hot little swimsuit.

I chose to pair this with tall gladiator sandals and some gold gladiator wedges for a more dressy option. How many pairs of gladiator sandals do I have… you ask? Too many to count. Whoops. Also, if you can’t tell, I love my new hair. Clearly, I am touching it in every picture. (I didn’t notice until later.) I adore my new ombre lob and I will eventually be doing a post on how to style it.

Have a great day!
