First of all, Happy Wednesday! I got some exciting news yesterday that I couldn’t wait to share. I was accepted into rewardStyle and I’m so happy about that! I look forward to working with them. I am also going to California tonight for a last minute trip & can’t wait!

I bought this dress in April and meant to take pictures sooner, but never got around to it. Sadly it is sold out but I linked some similar dresses! I decided to edge it up (because why not) with these black booties I got from the #NSale. I’ve been waiting for a couple weeks to wear them and decided it was time.

This jewelry is my favorite part of the outfit though. The bracelets are from Trending Above. Alyssa (@trendingabove) the owner, is so talented. She makes some beautiful pieces all around $20-$50. I love this bracelet stack and wear it every day. I encourage you all to check out her site, because these pieces are to die for! I also love this necklace from Park Lane Jewelry (@parklanejewelry). I met a representative for them, Nidia, at Simply Stylist and she told me all about the company. I got a few pieces from them and love them as well. I love finding new jewelry sites that you won’t see a lot of people wearing!

So Boho

Dress//Lucky Brand; Hat//Nordstrom; Belt//Lucky Brand; Shoes//Steve Madden

I was drawn to this dress the moment I saw it. My dad & I went shopping in Palm Beach for a little bit and walked into Lucky. He had never previously heard of the store but saw something he liked so we walked in. An hour later we come out with 5 bags…*Note: This is a rare occasion* He found a store he really likes and so I did some shopping too…hey, he offered. Anyways, they had a couple maxi dresses but this one was perfect. I love the short sleeves and the colors. It screams boho and is pretty different from other pieces in my closet.

I bought this belt to go with it since it seemed a little baggy on me. I love the brown with the blues. I knew the minute I tried it on that my trusty floppy hat would be perfect as well. I decided against wearing gladiator sandals so I didn’t look like a cliche, so I chose my wedges. I might wear this with ankle booties in the Fall. This dress can easily make the transition with my closet.

I hope you all had a great week! I got back from Michigan on Wednesday and had the best time visiting my best friend since birth & seeing family I rarely get to see. This weekend is my mom’s birthday so I can’t wait to celebrate with friends & family. Have a great weekend!

Ombre, all day

Blazer//Nordstorm; Dress//Triple Thread ℅; Shoes//Steve Madden; Bag//Marc Jacobs

I love ombre and don’t have many pieces with it. I received this shirt from Triple Thread but decided to style it as a dress. (I do have shorts underneath though in case of a windy day 🙂 I love this floral blazer and have been wearing it all Summer long. I thought the colors meshed well with the ombre. I wanted to edge up the florals so I decided to pair the look with black booties and a black purse. Simple, yet chic.

I hope you are having a great week!

Dress//H&M (sold out, similar); Tank//Urban Outfitters; White shoes//Adidas; Wedge sandals//Sam Edelman; Bag//Rebecca Minkoff (black version)

First off, I apologize for the poor quality of these photos. They were taken on an iPhone, right after sunset, and by a 10 year old. I am not a fan of taking my blog pictures on my phone, but sometimes you don’t have a choice. Oh well!

Anyways, I got this dress from H&M for only $15. I love the colors but the asymmetrical aspect is a little difficult to style. I decided to play around with it by knotting a graphic tee and adding my Superstars. This is a super different look, but I like how it turned out. This would work well for daytime. I then decided to style it normally, and pair it with some jewel wedges and my favorite crossbody. I think my favorite look is the second, but the first is definitely different and a fun way to wear a dress like this!

Update on the #NSale. I bought a couple things and I’m so glad I did. They will arrive this week and I will share them soon! I added a few more picks to my favorites because I get on the site more than once a day…whoops! I hope you all have had some luck!

P.S. I am going to the Simply Stylist conference July 18th in Chicago. Are any of you attending?!

The sale I wait all year for #NSale

nordstrom sale

 Earrings//Flats//Sweatshirt//Pajama set//Jacket//Boots//Workout leggings//Patchwork denim//Necklace//Plaid scarf//Sweater//Mock neck dress//Timberlands//Floppy hat//Striped cape//Fringe bag//Tie dye sweatshirt//Backpack

Nordstrom is my life. Well, my closet actually. The Anniversary sale is one of my favorites and sadly, I want it all. I’ve already ordered the Nikes I have been wanting for months and I’m not sure what my next purchase will be. I think the Wildfox sweatshirt and the plaid sweater…or the mock neck dress…or the mesh workout leggings…or the patchwork denim.

My bank account says no, but my heart says yes. I will let you all know what I get. Are you having any luck? I see so many great sale posts and I want to know what everyone is buying! It is hard to get excited about Fall clothes in July. Does anyone else feel this way?

What I want: Warm weather

“Don't worry, about a thing,every little

The warm (warmish, decent, nice, pretty) weather is here at last! I am shopping nonstop for Spring and Summer goodies so I decided to make a little list of some of my favorite things to buy!

1. How adorable is this matching blazer and skirt? I am obsessed with florals for this season and a matching set is just perfect. It’s casual, and doesn’t require a lot of work.

2. Espadrilles are my new favorite shoe. I love buying the flat version but every one needs a wedge to dress things up.

3. Blush is the color and I want it now. I love the drop hem of this dress. It’s so girly and pretty. This would look great with a blazer or denim jacket and some wedges or tall gladiator sandals. This is on my wish list!

4. I love these colored aviators that I see everywhere. Since I’m obsessed with pink this year, why not buy some pink ones?!

5. Wildfox is one of my favorite casual brands. This dress is adorable. This could be dressed up or even worn as a swimsuit cover up. I love versatile and easy pieces like this. Of course it’s pink too.

6. When I saw this bag I immediately added it to my wish list. It’s a tad small but perfect for an outdoor concert where you just need your phone, lipstick and a credit card. I love the blush color. (Do you see the theme here?) This also comes in hot pink, cement and black.

7. Last summer I had calf-length gladiator sandals. This summer I am going all the way. I love these knee high ones and just ordered a similar black pair that you will see on me soon. This is one of my favorite trends and can make any look better!

8. Distressed denim has been a trend for a couple seasons now but I can’t get enough. I love the two main holes in this pair. Such a great price too!

9. I am romper obsessed. It is the easiest outfit since it already has your shorts and top in one piece. Plus, you can’t go wrong with florals. This would look so good with the gladiator sandals and a little bag.
